After waiting in the electronic dept for 15 minutes, poring over every tag on the aisle the app said the product was found, I gave up waiting for help. I called... The phone rang into the dept but no one cane to answer, and the system transfered me to CS... where no one answered. All this time, employees are walking by... Finally, after nearly 30 minutes, an employee asks if I need help... long story short... she was from sporting goods, it was shift change, the app is wrong, and I had no reason to be angry about it. Horrible customer service... cost me time, travel, and aggravation.
I've visited much better stores both within and outside Arkansas. Anytime a store outside Arkansas, like Texas, beats a Walmart in the birth state of Walmart, that says a lot. My back hurts, my hips hurt and my wife loves shopping. There is no snack bar where I can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and or talk to a friend. The store clerks are not very knowledgable and the store lacks stock. I've been sorely disappointed with this particular store. I drive to Conway just to avoid this store.

Our smoker broke today on Thanksgiving and we quickly went to Walmart who has smokers but they won’t sell them to us because it’s not Black Friday. They have lots of them on the shelves. But the manager won’t sell them to us even at full price. And no one else is open. So no smoked turkey for us. Have they no heart ?!
