Richard took care of my siblings and I during the loss of our father. He worked with us in every single area and was so very understanding. Everything for the funeral was 10 out of 10. The front desk woman, Genia was also so very helpful. She went out of her way several times to help us. I also purchased a thumbprint necklace from them and it turned out beautiful. Was mailed directly to my home in Seattle Washington in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough. This funeral home felt more like family than strangers. Thank you Bob Neal and Sons.
