Went in with rib pain, they never took my name or insurance info. Just asked me to have a seat and they would call me in a minute. I sat there in pain for 45 minutes until we decided to just go to Conway regional. This place is a joke. Glad I wasn't having a heart attack

The staff in this Hospital are very well educated they are very friendly they get you in and out as quickly as possible with great care given to each individual.
we came here with twins and they didn't do anything but take blood. they said this isn't a baby hospital and pretty much told us not to come back. they said to take them to Children's, but Children's is 2 hours away and they are bad sick.
I would definitely come here first, over Russellville or Conway.
