Good service, clean rooms. Great service, and hospitality offered.
We had an inside single room. Room was very clean. WIFI password was written on key card envelope. I asked for another pack of coffee. Desk clerk gave me 2 and asked if I needed cups, creamer or sweetner. There were 4 or 5 cups already in the room. We had breakfast. Very good selection. Coffee was fresh and hot waffle was nice. I have no complaints at all. Will plan to stay there every visit.
Been here a few times and if it weren't for the last stay, I would give it four stars! On the last stay I noticed the hot water disappeared in the evening just before bed. I thought maybe too many people were using it. At about 4:30 am, I realized I was wrong. I had to go to work early and was now scrambling to call in the problem to get showered in time. They did get if fixed in about 15 mins so kudos there. But as I was running the bath to check for hot water, all of a sudden a lot of black dirty water started coming out! I decided to run it out and it finally did so I took the shower anyway. The people are always nice and the hotel clean, breakfast could be a little better. Please flush out your boilers so this never happens again.
As a trucker I stay in a lot of different areas, the price is competitive with hotels that are usually ran down. This one is extremely clean and really nice for the price. The staff are friendly. Resteraunts near by and their breakfast is more than coffee and donuts.
I checked in pretty late, and the overnight staff person at the desk was friendly. The room was decently clean, but you could tell the carpet was many years old, and it had a sort of dingy look to it. The iron and hair dryer looked to be from the mid to late 70s, but it was a decent place to sleep for the night overall.
