Tried calling in a $9 order for pickup and was told they can’t do call ins over the phone. I needed to be there, then I informed them I was across the street pumping gas. And I can literally see the guy I’m talking to on the phone, but still wouldn’t take my order. What’s the purpose of offering a service you can’t provide. I took my business elsewhere and will never use this store again.
As a typical waffle house this place is a great place to get food.
This specific branch has an amazing staff. Jacob our waiter was courteous and friendly. The chef and all the staff were friendly. The place was clean and the food came quickly.
Good food not so great of waitress she was grumpy and messed up the order totally then said we hadn't ordered what we said we had
Our server Dylan on 5/10/17 was very was very courteous and the cook on the thrill was fast! Everytime she stepped away from the grill and went back to it she always washed her hands before and that is much appreciated. It is easy to tell who are the usual customers here as they are on first name basis with many of them. There is also limited parking for semis on the side of the building. Waffle House for dinner and breakfast made this a pretty sweet spot for the night. The staff during dinner was lively and friendly too.
Great service. Friendly. Erica & Teresa were absolute dolls with cheery smiles & good conversational skills. Love this place & the Texas Bacon Lovers sandwiches.
