Great meeting facilities, friendly staff, excellent food, good prices. Lodging is a bit dated and smells strongly like old style deodorizers.
Great conference/training location. No distractions. Your focus is on the reason you were brought there. Food was very good.

This an amazing place to come and see. They offer a wide variety of activities and the facilities are wonderful. The Made From Scratch classes are a lot of fun. Chef does a wonderful job teaching about the food, ingredients, preparation methods, and the science of cooking. Their Table for Two events are also amazing and you get to cook your own food and stay the night, if you choose, at the lodge. I have not used them as a venue yet but when I have seen them host parties it always is well done. I would highly recommend taking a class or hosting an event here.
