Never a positive experience when I have to retrieve my packages because the lady who delivers my mail refuses to deliver my packages. Then lies about why she is in fact too lazy to drive down our driveway.
Would be no stars if that was a option. It is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to deliver mail due to me not having a curb side mailbox. I have a wall mount which has the postal approval stamp on it mounted to my fence 5 ft off the road. I'm a residential customer so door slots and wall mounts are approved by USPS federally. Also the people are rude when speaking with them about the matter all they say is that it's against policy to have a box like mine. However when I asked for a copy they get rude and tell me I will not longer be able to pick up my mail there and I have to get a curbside box.
