We did not stay there but we stopped there to use the bathroom. It seemed to be very clean.

I stayed in a duplex cabin. Small and affordable. It had a queen bed, 2 bunk beds, small kitchen, and bathroom. Walls are pretty small and I could hear the neighbors.

Right on highway. Crowded. Pipeline workers and live ins. Spots were open but trucks were parked on them .took only open space. The Thumping bass of neighbor and Right on highway. Hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Only wish I had known that this place does not have sheets, blankets, or pillows. Also no tv. Besides that it's close to Morrilton and decent prices.

We thought this was going to be a decent park because the staff was so pleasant at check-in and the park was close to the highway so convenient, however once we were fully set up we discovered that the 20 amp plug we required for our Airstream didn't work at our site and since we don't have a 30 or 50 amp plug we had to move. After moving and hooking up electric we discovered that our sewer connection was taken by the motorhome next to us, even though it was completely obvious that his was on the other side of his rv right in front of his door. They weren't home (all night) so we went without sewer. Personally I think park owners should be responsible for knowing what's working on their sites before renting them out. We were so disappointed and freezing at this point we didn't want to move again. We feel we should have received a refund but it wasn't even offered. Wouldn't recommend this park. Lots of long term guests making noise going to work at 7am in diesel trucks and the highway noise is noticeable. Also, our first site didn't have any wifi because it was so far from the office.

Power and water are fine. CG is plenty worn out. No interior road or site gravel in decades. Trash from previous residents, plastic bits and beer bottle lids abound. Obviously the owners will not put any money into the facility. This is our one and only visit.
