people were great friendly

Great place to take the children(when we went there was 4 older adults)and we all had a blast feeding all kinds of animals. My friend said she seen the most beautiful chicken..... It was a Asian pheasant, lol. You could also take a guided horseback ride for $30 an hour, pretty reasonable.

This is the best place ever to take your kids. The young lady who works there I forgot her name but she is awesome with kids. My daughter does not like animals she doesn't even like a fly. But the lady who works the here got my daughter to hold a baby bunny rabbit she got her to go next to chickens horses goats she was phenomenal. This was a great place to go. I recommend it to anyone to take their family.

Spent some time this afternoon here with my grandchildren . They loved it !! They had the best time . With the animals and Riding the horses . The people that worked there were so friendly and nice to all . It's a great place to take your kids I had a 10 yr old and 2 teenage girls who had a ball !!!!!

So if your going to Petit Jean mountain anyway, stop by if you have a love for critters!

Highly recommended. It was my first time riding a horse and they made me feel comfortable with it. Our group did not have a reservation, so we ended up waiting about an hour before the groups ahead of us were done. We got to feed and pet the animals in the meantime, which made the wait fun.

We spent the entire weekend staying at the house on the property. It was a wonderful experience. The house was nice, clean and simple. The house is located a few hundred yards from the barn and all the animals. It was a unique experience. We were able to spend ample time with all of the animals on the property all weekend and loved every minute of it. Helen (the owner/host) took great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed and was always a phone call away. During the day she was working on the property tending to the animals. Six of stayed in the house and had plenty of room. We rode horses on Saturday and it was a great experience as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone who loves animals or just wants to get away from town for a few days. I can't think of many vacation home experiences where you get to stay on a working farm/petting zoo and have so much interaction with animals. If you love animals or the farm life, this is for you.
