The staff his hands down wonderful.everyone was really really friendly. SUPER FAST and hot food.we visited the store around 11: 45. The store was clean and there were several people in the lobby at the time and everything to seem to be busy but the staff was quick and everyone seemed to get there food in time. Impressed . Our hats off to you. We will definatly be back.
Wouldnt ever eat here again. Stopped in sunday morn for breakfast while traveling. Got a loaded Omlet biscuit took one bite and tasted funny. I opened my biscuit up and the ham was green and discolored and sour like one from the day before. Never again will I eat there beware of ur food.
Customer service was excellent. I hadn't been to Hardee's in 15 years at least. I went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru lady was patient and answered all my questions or sauces on sandwiches etc. I was ordering for my family also so I had a lot of questions. Fore warning I couldn't give 5 stars because the rib on the Baby Back Rib and Burger was a fourth of the width of the burger. I was hiding under the bun. This is Not the advertisement. When I went in to ask about this the you man continued the good customer service and a viable option was given.
Waited 5-10 minutes before staff finally acknowledged us to take our order. We were just about to leave. The place was empty so staff sure was' t too busy to wait on us.
Do not rate your overall view on this particular location. This one is bad, service is great, food is just as others say...not fresh, not a value, and to boot it is very hard to navigate in and out of this store. I recommend you pass this one up.
